Una mirada hacia el interior, a nuestro cuerpo, los alimentos y nuestra conciencia sobre cómo nos afecta el cambio climático, la biodiversidad y la polución. La vida humana entre el arte y la ciencia de los alimentos, hasta los NFT y blockchain.

    • Pat Badani

      Pat Badani (b. Argentina) draws from the fields of art, science, and technology to explore the intersectionality of environmental and social justice issues. She creates artistic arguments and provocations that blend aesthetics and criticism, charting connections between theories related to art as object, as medium, and art as critique of political and technological networks. She has exhibited broadly in North and South America, Europe, and Asia and her projects have been distinguished with awards from the Canada Council for the Arts; Illinois Arts Council; National Endowment for the Arts MacDowell Fellowship; DCASE, the Robert Heinecken Trust Fund; and recognized with nominations by Creative Capital, Art Matters, and AWAW. Badani has participated with her essays and talks in over 15 countries during international symposia held at iDAT Plymouth University (U.K.); Università di Bologna (Italy); Institute of Cultural Studies ZHdK Zurich (Switzerland); NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, N.Y. (USA); Art/Sci Center + Lab, UCLA (USA); Universidad de Caldas, (Colombia); and Universidade Anhembi Morumbi (Brazil), to name a few. Her academic trajectory includes the roles of Editor-in-Chief of Media-N Journal/New Media Caucus (USA); Lead Guest Editor of “Artelogie”, EHESS (France), and full-time faculty at ILSTU and Columbia College, Chicago, in the U.S.A. Since 2017, she serves on the Board of Directors of ISEA International overseeing the continuation of the annual symposia. https://patbadani.net/

    • Denisa Kera

      Denisa Kera is a philosopher and designer that experiments with various creative strategies of public engagement in emerging science and technology issues. She uses design methods (UX, critical design, design fiction, future scenarios, participatory design), ethnography and prototyping to research STS (Science, Technology and Society) issues.

    • Martha Patricia Tarazona Díaz

      Martha Patricia Tarazona Diaz, Ph.D. Professor of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering. I am a food engineer and a graduate in Food Science and Technology from the Ministry of Education of Spain, Ph.D. in Advanced Techniques in Agricultural and Food Research and Development from the Polytechnic University of Cartagena, Spain. She with studies in Postharvest and Plant Physiology at the Volcani Institute for Agricultural Research in Israel. She has experience in food companies in the poultry area, balanced feed and oil and fat refining. In addition, I have work experience between agri-food companies and universities, in Colombia and Spain, in the field of nutraceuticals, liquid foods with new technologies, beverages and functional foods. She is also a Senior Researcher according to the Minciencias classification.
