HOJA DE RUTA ELECTRICIDAD 100% RENOVABLE EN COLOMBIA A 2030

Surge a partir de una serie de talleres que recopliaron información vital para la generación del documento.

Gracias a estos aportes, fue posible identificar las incertidumbres más importantes a la hora de imaginar escenarios para lograr electricidad 100% renovale para 2030. Con base en estas incertidumbres centrales, se elaboró una descripción de cuatro (4) escenarios construidos en torno a las incertidumbres a nivel político y social.

Se realizó una simulación de dinámica de sistemas para entender qué posibilidades hay en cada escenario, si se logra o no una transición a un sistema eléctrico 100% renovable, y se elaboró un conjunto de recomendaciones para avanzar en este dirección.

This document presents the results of a research project that included a series of workshops and information-gathering spaces, with the support of actors from different sides with diverse knowledge, experiences and positions on energy issues. Thanks to these contributions, it was possible to identify the most important uncertainties when
imagining scenarios to achieve 100% renewable electricity by 2030 (1. political will towards 100% renewable electricity and 2. social willingness at different levels to increasingly renewable energy). Based on these central uncertainties, a description of four scenarios built around the uncertainties at the political and societal level was elaborated.
Based on these scenarios, a system dynamics simulation was carried out in order to understand what possibilities there are, in each scenario, to achieve or not a transition to a 100% renewable electricity system, and a set of recommendations to move in that direction was elaborated.
