The specialization coordinates knowledge and specific practices of Management and Auditing keeping in mind that the health concept and the way it materializes is by means of a system of services. Therefore, this program develops skills in its students that are oriented to achieve a logical thinking that allows them, based on the contexts, to provide particular solutions to specific problems, through the following sequence: Review, analysis, understanding, planning, action, assessment and control.
The creation of the program originates from the strategy of integrating the knowledge in the areas of Social Security, Management, Organization, Health Services Management, in order to train the professional that works or wishes to work in the healthcare sector, developing competences that allow them to perform as the suitable manager thanks to his/hers ability to lead the management of the institutions, as well as carrying out auditing processes, by promoting the culture in the organizations of the sector.
